Welcome to Adapted to Win! If you are looking to lose weight or improve performance, but you don’t have the time to spend hours a day in the gym or kitchen then this is the place for you.

My name is Jon Stojan. I am a lifelong learner and self-improvement nerd. My mission is to help busy parents and professionals win the battle against obesity, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and other symptoms of metabolic syndrome.

This mission is very personal to me. Like most Americans, I spent most of my life overweight. I always had good intentions of getting in shape, but never really followed through. This is a big problem for me because of the history of metabolic diseases like adult on-set diabetes that runs in my family. Even in my mid-20s I was already 30lbs overweight.

With the motivation, I needed I finally turned I turned my good intentions into action. I tested a number of different diets and workout programs. Many of them required hours in the kitchen or the gym every day. As someone with two jobs and family, it was difficult to find the time. More importantly, I stalled out after losing only about 10lbs.

After a great deal of research and experiments, I discovered that my body was naturally well adapted to burning healthy fats and terrible at processing carbs. With this new formula and support from the keto community I lost over 40lbs and I was back to what I weighed in high school in a just few months!
